  I've been with state farm now for about 5 years or more and in the beginning I got great service. Now here for the past 2 years I've had problems reaching someone when I call and having problems with someone calling me back. I have my home, auto, and I wanted to get my boat insured, but I can't get a response back hardly. I'd like to stay with this agency, but if things don't get better with customer service, I'll have no other choice but to move on somewhere else. I totally understand not answering sometime, but I feel I can never talk to someone unless I leave a urgent message after waiting a few days with no return phone call.

  I am a customer of State Farm and my experience with them in the past six months has been awful. My agent is Eric Douglas and I am very disappointed with the service that I have received from him. I have recently made changes to my policy and my premium amount changed. After several attempts of calling him, I called customer service and they could not contact him. Those of you who are looking for an agent that will give you the level of customer service that you deserve look elsewhere. I just want to warn you that you will not be pleased if you are looking for excellence for him.
